Oates (Ethel); his siblings, Frederick Jones (Michelle), Daron Jones (Sandra), Warrick Jones (Ginger), Joseph Oats, Derrik Oates and Deidre Oates; and his aunts and uncles, Edward "Top" Keaton, Sr. of Wilmington, NC., McKinnley "Sonny" Mays of Adele, GA, Maxie Sinkler and Beverly Anne Mays of Adele, GA.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many friends.
