She is survived by: her husband Michael O'Brien; her children, Dorothy van Gerbig, Hilary McDonald (Ian) and Michael O'Brien (Christina); her siblings, Dede Shannon and Biff Hochschwender; and her grandchildren, George, Oliver, Samantha McDonald, Margot, Ellie and Charlotte O'Brien.
