He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Zelick and Anna Zelick (Yaros); and his siblings, Jane Boerio, MaryAnn Angert and Raymond Zelick.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Ade; and his sister Patricia Caproni. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
