He is survived by: his close friend Lougene Faulk; his sons, Kendall W Lewis and Steven C Lewis (Sonya); his grandson Landon; his sons, Michael D Lewis and Philip D Lewis (Cheryl); and his granddaughters, Sydney, Savannah, Casey Lewis and Madison Ormond.
