Powell, Kelvin Powell, Nolan Powell and Charles Powell; his nieces and nephews, Christopher M Flanders, Charles E. Powell, Victorya M. King and Lillyan M. Phillips; his aunt Dorothy Zettelmaier; and his uncle Bill Evans.
