With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Mary Bryant of Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on January 12, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Kathleen Mary may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Kathleen Mary touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene T. Bryant; her parents, Robert Sylvester Brown, Jr. and Mary Irene Manning Brown; and her brother Mark Joseph Brown. She is survived by: her sister Patricia Brown Sewell; her brother-in-law Frankie Sewell; her niece Jillian C. S. Blanchard (William D. Blanchard, Jr.); her nephew Mark C. Sewell; and her brother Robert Sylvester Brown, III.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Valley Chapel (4108 College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28412).
She always held a special place in her heart for all animals, donating to animal charities and giving numerous cats furever homes.
