He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Banks Tysinger, Sr. and Catherine Matthews Tysinger; his brothers, Clifford B. Tysinger, Jr. and Phillip Tysinger; and his son-in-law Billy Hinton.
He is survived by: his wife Violet "Squeak" Tysinger; his children, Linda Hinton and Andy Tysinger, Jr. (Sue Tysinger); his grandchildren, Catherine Casteen (Lee Casteen) and Trey Hinton (Ellen Hopp); and his great grandchildren, Trey Casteen, Emma Hinton, Noah Casteen, Natalie Casteen and Tyler Hinton.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Andy's memory to Lower Cape Fear Life Care.
