It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Julie Ann Harper of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father David Navarro Bradham; and her nephew Ryan Adam Barber. She is survived by: her mother Nancy Marie Simmons of Wilmington; her son Joseph L. Garriss (Shannon McHone) of Castle Hayne; her granddaughter Madison Garriss of Wilmington; her siblings, Lynn Bradham of Wilmington and David Michael Bradham (Peg) of Indiana; her nieces and nephews, Abigail, Michael, Lisa and Danny; her brother Timmothy Lane Bradham of Montana; her nephew David Gilbert Barber of Castle Hayne; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ava, Caiden and Triston Crawford of South Carolina.
