We bid farewell to Julie Ann Lewis of Wilmington, North Carolina, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 25, 2024 at the age of 61. Julie Ann touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. Though Julie Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Julie Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Williams and Blanche Williams. She is survived by: her husband Horace Lewis; her son Eddie Cole (Amanda) of Leland, NC; her grandchildren, Brianna of Charlotte, NC, Nathan and Mason of Leland, NC; and her brothers, Steve Williams (Sharon) of Greensboro, NC, Michael (Christy) of Jensen Beach, FL and Rick (Bonnie) of Lake Waccamaw, NC. She is also survived by six nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (1155 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Coble Chapel (3915 Oleander Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403).
