She was predeceased by: her parents, Karl Hempel and Florence McCarthy Hempel; her husband Wayne Robertson; her sons, Karl Robertson and Philip Laris, Jr.; and her sisters, Diane Shipper and Karleen Conine.

She is survived by: her children, Kelly Hewitt (Charles) of Cape May, NJ. and Kary Robertson (Kale); her grandchildren, Zachary Hewitt, Charles Hewitt, Kody Robertson, Brassai Mustin Robertson and Tyler Hewitt; and her great grandchildren, Kairi Mustin, Liam Mustin, Ryan Hewitt, Caleb Hewitt and Eden Hewitt.
