Though Joseph may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joseph touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his wife Janie; his daughters, Michelle Souders (John) of Winchester, Patricia Danylko of Winchester, Leslie Wanzer (Bobby) of Wilmington, NC and Rebecca Grogan (Jeff) of Wilmington, NC.; his grandchildren, Joseph Marshall Utterback, Lee John Pasquali, Heidi Sara Richard, Rachel Wanzer Rose and James Carlton Grogan (Jace); and his great grandchildren, Sophia Claire Richard and Reagan O'Shea Rose.
