He was predeceased by: his parents, Reginald Budd and Elizabeth Budd; his son Michael; and his brothers, Richard and Peter.
He is survived by: his wife Judith; his brother Thomas of Wilmington; his sons, John (Rebecca) of Pinehurst, NC, Scott (Laura) of Norwalk, CT and Mark (Michelle) of Fort Mill, SC; and his daughter-in-law Maryanne of Lawrenceville, NJ. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
