He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Edward Parker and Annie Baird Parker; and his significant other Alison White Parker. He is survived by: his children, Charles (Mary), Elizabeth and Winston (Laura); and his siblings, Robert (Rebecca) and Susan (Elinor). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
