He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Tullous and Ruby Tepley Tullous; his son John A. Tullous Jr.; and his brothers, James M. Tullous, Jr. and Mark L. Tullous.
He is survived by: his wife Sondra Tullous; his sons, Todd Tullous and Christopher Tullous; his grandchildren, John Tullous III, Bradley Tullous, Calib Tullous and Olivia Tullous; his nephews, Randy Tullous and Shawn Tullous; and his niece Teri Tullous.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Evangelical Lutheran Church (612 College Rd, Wilmington, NC 28405). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at the Greenlawn Memorial Park (1311 Shipyard Blvd, Wilmington, NC 28412).
