It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan McLeod Perrell (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Fort Bragg, North Carolina, who passed away on February 14, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Hilburn McLeod, Sr. and Susan Alice Buie McLeod; and her brother Archie H. McLeod, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Dave Perrell; and her daughter Belinda P. Elchert.
