She is survived by: her husband Tom Adam; her sons, Rick Adam (Debbie) and Chris Adam (Stacey); her sister Janet Navarro (Al); her grandchildren, Chase Parks (Rachel), Jordan Adam Bradley (Walker), Sarah Adam Bignault (Sam), Matthew Adam and Morgan Adam; her great grandchildren, Penny Iliadis and Nora Iliadis; her uncle Jack Wheeler; and her niece Sarah Lynn Adam Chase.
