He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart Horrell and Dorothy Horrell; his siblings, Lois Lentes (Don) and Robert Horrell; his daughter Sheila Renee Horrell Groves; his son-in-law Wayne Lowery; and his friend Wade Parker.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Horrell; his children, Barbara Horrell Lowery, Jimmy Lee Horrell, Jr. (Sharon) and Joyce Horrell Crump (Stephen); his son-in-law Darrell Wayne Groves; and his friends, Carolyn Parker, Bill and Karon McLeod. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
