He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Pate Smith of Goldsboro, NC.. He is survived by: his father Dan Smith; his sister Dawn Kegerreis (Mike); and his nieces and nephews, Caitlin, Matthew and Chris. He is also survived by aunts, uncles.
A funeral service was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Hood Swamp Friends Church (710 Hood Swamp Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A burial was held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at the Smith Family Cemetery (605 Hood Swamp Rd, Goldsboro, NC 27534). A celebration of life was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Market Street Chapel (1617 Market St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
