He was predeceased by: his parents, Brodie Allen Richardson and Lucille Capps Richardson. He is survived by: his wife Lisa C. Richardson; his sons, Jason Richardson (Kierstyn) and David Richardson (Angela); his stepsons, Sean Walker and Jonathan Walker (Lizelle); his friends, Jim Cain and Drew Culwell; and his caregivers, Sonya Turner, Catrina Patrey, Lissi Rabon and Wendy Hobbs. He is also survived by family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials in Jerry's honor be made to St. Jude's Metropolitan Community Church.
