She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Lewis and Marion Lewis; her sisters, Patricia Gaines, Bernice Lewis and Muriel Boykin; her daughter Jolene Clark; her grandson Corey Clark; and her great grandchild Malaya King.
She is survived by: her husband Joseph Clark Sr.; her children, Charles Clark (Ann) of Matthews, VA, Minister Juanita Conley (Andrew) of Williamsburg, VA, Bishop Joseph Clark Jr. (Candy) of Wilmington, NC, Sonya Jackson (Darin) of Hopewell Junction, NY, Colleen Clark of Newburgh and Anthony Clark (Teresa) of Newburgh; her siblings, Charles, William Lewis of Goshen, NY, Gilbert Lewis (Connie) of Maybrook, NY, James Lewis of Walden, NY, Delores, Cheryl Lewis of Newburgh, Lucy McCarthy (Scott) of Georgia, Linda Jacobs of Conover, SC and Darlene Morris (Jerry) of Newburgh; and her stepchildren, Kim of Durham, NC, Tenia Page of Durham, NC, Marsheila Benton of Durham, NC and Gerald Rouse of Newburgh. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, 15 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 7 great-great grandchildren.
