With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Helen Louise Franklin (Wilmington, North Carolina), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robertson Fox Campbell and Lydia Furney Campbell; and her husband Samuel Clay Franklin, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Sam Jr. and Mary Lydia; her grandsons, Clay Franklin, Benton Franklin, Baker Franklin of Charleston, Will Baldwin and Campbell Baldwin of Apex; and her siblings, Thomas Campbell of Philadelphia and Sally Campbell Gladish (Campbell) of Portland. She is also survived by nieces and two Gladish nephews.
