She is survived by: her brothers, Francis and Theodore Klement (Jeanne); her children, Mary Jane Della Vecchia (Perry Hewlett) and Walter Adamsky (Michelle); her grandchildren, Matthew, Thomas Della Vecchia, Billy (Lydia), Ashley and Paula Adamsky; and her great grandchild Ellie Adamsky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
