She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Grainger Edwards and Reatha Price Edwards; her husband William Filmore Anderson (Flo); and her siblings, Celia Edwards Yarborough and John Calvin Edwards.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Lisa MacCallum Buie (Bill), David MacCallum (Misty), Meredith Anderson Miller (Gabe), Will Anderson (Katie), Lee Anderson (Emily), John Anderson (Sarah) and Parker Anderson. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Winter Park Baptist Church (4700 Wrightsville Ave, Wilmington, NC 28401). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at the Oleander Memorial Gardens (306 Bradley Dr, Wilmington, NC 28403).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Winter Park Baptist Church or a charity of one's choice.
