She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Bronson Stewart and Frederick Fitzgerald Stewart; her husband James Austin Grenzebach; her sister Catherine Stewart Carter; and her brother-in-law John Marshall Carter.
She is survived by: her sister Mary Stewart McQueen of Raleigh, NC; her stepdaughters, Jennifer Cornell, Cynthia Hart and Alice Jent; and her nieces and nephews, Jane Jackson (Christopher), Jamie McQueen, Elizabeth White (Brandon), Stewart McQueen (Anna), Mary Anne Carter and Maggie Carter.
