In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Eleanor had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Eleanor may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Reaume and Adeline Reaume; and her husbands, David H. Keeton and Moe Weiss. She is survived by: her children, Edward D. Keeton Kathleen A. (Meg), Marilynn R. Schimizzi (Greg) and Jeanne M. Chalmers (Guy); and her extended family, Roger Weiss and Mark Weiss. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. James Episcopal Parish (25 S 3rd St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
