He is survived by: his children, John Manley Jr. (Yvonne) of Atlanta, Jonathan Manley (Jeanette) of Raleigh, Pamela Thomas (Antony) of Wilmington, Dr. Essie McKoy of Fredericksburg, Virginia and Shanette Miller (Stacy) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; and his siblings, Rommie Manley and Willie Mae Walker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
