He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Louis and Margaret Cochran Recoulley; and his sibling Francis Louis "Butch" Recoulley, Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Koontz (Charles) of Atlanta, GA and Mark Recoulley (Liz) of Holland, MI; and his grandchildren, Lee Koontz, Davis Koontz, Drew Recoulley, Sam Recoulley and Cece Recoulley (Susan McGee) of Wilmington.
