With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donnelly Gregory of Wilmington, North Carolina, born in Norfolk, Virginia, who passed away on January 10, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William T. Atkinson, Jr. and Mary Louise Donnelly; and her husband Harvard Lamar Gregory. She is survived by: her siblings, Mary James Atkinson and William T. Atkinson, III; and her sister-in-law Carol Parrott Atkinson.
The family suggests donations be made in Donnelly's memory to the Pretty in Pink Foundation (prettyinpinkfoundation.org), a local charity that provides financial assistance to uninsured and underinsured breast cancer patients.
