He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Boltz and Grace Hendershott Boltz; his children, Donnie Boltz (Cathy) of Wilmington and Alison Boltz of Wilmington; his siblings, Roger Boltz (Viki) and Phyllis Kipp (Richard); his stepchildren, Charles Frangis (Doug), Christopher Boltz and Leilani Wood (Ben); his grandchildren, Samie Foust (Johnny), Hailey Blocker, Conner, Kiah Boltz, Kalepa and Noa Wood; and his great grandchildren, Emma and Mason Foust.
