She was predeceased by: her parents, Ervin Bowen and Janet Perkins; her stepfather Harold Lee Perkins; and her husband Thomas Paul Dombroski. She is survived by: her daughter Mandy Sanders (Simon) of Hampstead; her grandchildren, Taylor Bryan (Sullivan), Jackson Anderson, Lindsey Sanders, Seth Sanders and Jaxon Sanders; her sister Beveryly Armstrong; her niece Peyton; her nephew Braxton; her half-brother Emmanuelle Bowen; and her stepbrother Richard Perkins.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorials be sent to Lower Cape Fear Hospice or the New Hanover County Humane Society.
