He is survived by: his brother Jim Shreve (Judy); his children, Mary Anne Shreve (Steven Collins), Tom Shreve (Trish) and Drew Shreve; his grandchildren, Lynel, Julia (Michael Holman), Anson, Ethan, Leah, Rebekah, Caroline and Josephine; and his great grandchildren, Eugene and Celia Ann Holman. He is also survived by friends and grandchildren.
