He is survived by: his wife Sharon McLaurin; his children, Margaret McLaurin Kotz (Andy) and Phillip McLaurin (Hannah); his granddaughter Eleanor Kotz; his parents, Daniel "Dan" Franklin McLaurin, Sr. and Frances Haley McLaurin; his siblings, Michael McLaurin (Jenny) and Kelly McLaurin; his uncle William Haley; and his close friend Travis. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
