It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Claude B. Jones of Wilmington, North Carolina, who passed away on December 29, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret Freeman Jones; his parents, Emma Gray and Kenneth Orestus Jones; and his siblings, Margaret, James, Sybil and Roger.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Jones Saadeh and Katherine Baldwin Canaday; his granddaughters, Jamie Lynn Howell (Ben) and Virginia Lee Rust (Jeremy); and his great grandchildren, Cameron Bennett Howell and Pierson James Howell.
