He is survived by: his brothers, John Darrell, Gregory, Nathan and Andre; his children, Artemus Settles (Jennifer), Charles T King (Sheryl), William Wooten and Bryant Oakley; his fiancée Cheryl Richardson; his aunt Ida King; and his siblings, Debra Sidberry, Desiree, Vickie, Cheryl, Elaine, Mona, Carol, Pinkie, Bill Williams and Spero Pekatos.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St Luke Amez Church (709 Church St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
