He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oliver Woodall, Sr. and Mary Louise Stewart Woodall; and his brother-in-law Mike Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Johnson Woodall of Wilmington; his children, Todd Woodall (Jennifer) of Wilmington and Amy Woodall Baxley (Brian) of Hampstead; his grandchildren, Emily, Molly, Karly Woodall, Carson and Bryson Baxley; his siblings, Ronnie Woodall (Doris) of Benson and Debbie Woodall Jones (A. J.) of Benson; and his sisters-in-law, Susie Johnson Chandler (Will) of Benson and Linda Boykin Johnson of Greensboro. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
