Phelps; and his sons, Charles Tyler Phelps of Magnolia, TX, Al Phelps (Antonio Martinez) and Ben Phelps (Christine). He is also survived by 4 nieces and 4 nephews, 3 great nieces and 1 great nephew, along with many extended family members and friends.
