He was predeceased by: his parents, Daisy Burchette and Anton Locker; and his brother Anton Locker. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cozart; his children, Bartel Locker and Wright (Aaron); his grandchildren, Peyton of Raleigh, Cole of Raleigh and Lyndon Wright of Raleigh; and his sisters, Carol (Clark) and Dorothy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
