She was predeceased by: her daughter Teri Usher; her grandson-in-law Chris Brock; and her grandchild Darbi Dean. She is survived by: her sister Mary Ward; her children, Sherri Orcutt (Don), Dee Butts (Steve) and Beth Medler (Dino); her grandchildren, Dawn Brock, Dana Schultz (Chris), Tyler Lewis (Carolynn), Jamie Hopper (Chris), Jessica Mack (Michael), Allison Mullinax (Guy), Abigale Frederick (Megan), Tommy Usher, Josh Evans (Kaitlin), David Medler, Courtney Medler and Christopher Ballenger (Tailor); and also, William "Bill" Pierson, Gerald Whitmire of William and Ferguson. She is also survived by 20 great- grandchildren.
