She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Caryway Merritt and Flora Smith Merritt; her husband James W. Robeson; her son-in-law Wayne Greer, Jr.; and her sisters, Fleurette Merritt Morse and Rose Merritt House.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha R. Greer of Wilmington, NC, Linda R. Droste Richmond (Ben) and Jamie R. Richter (Jeff) of Rocky Point, NC.; her granddaughter Kara Curry (Jeremy); her great grandchildren, Grayson and Eliza; her granddaughter Merritt Garner (John); her great grandchildren, Wallace and Henry; her granddaughters, Dr. Sarah Richter and Dr. Caroline Droste-Lai (Raymond Lai); her great grandchild Amelia Caryway; and her niece Barbara Hodges (Tom).
