She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev John B Chapman and Margaret Chapman; her sister Jo Ann Chapman Dye; her grandson Joseph M Haynes; and her son Kenneth Bradford Haynes.
She is survived by: her husband Leroy E Musolf; and her sons, Grant and Mark Haynes. She is also survived by her 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
