She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Combs and Marjorie I. Combs; her husband Larry W. Bailey; her brother Clifford "Wayne" Combs; and her brother-in-law Ronald J. Kotlarz.
She is survived by: her sisters, Halla Combs Kotlarz and Cecilia Ann Combs of Wilmington, NC; and her nieces and nephews, Paul Kotlarz (Jennifer), Russell S. Kotlarz, Jr., Chloe H. Kotlarz of Waxhaw, NC, Jessica A. Kotlarz and Jordan N. Kotlarz of West Dundee, IL. She is also survived by many cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
