He is survived by: his wife Joyce (Formica); his children, Brad and Kate (Robinson); his grandchildren, Matthew, Samuel, Joseph and Lucy; his children, Mark and Shelly (Allbee); his granddaughters, Zoe and Natalie; his children, John and Wendy (Lyall); his grandchildren, Sydney, Molly and Mary Catherine; his daughter Megan; his granddaughter Madeleine; and his sisters, Rita Poulton (Al) and Ellen Dwyer. He is also survived by in-laws, relatives, and friends.
