We are sad to announce that on January 18, 2019, at the age of 98, Barbara Gardner (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Norwood, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harry Kirk and Lila Hathaway Kirk; her daughters, Pamela Gardner Hanlin (James) of Cary, NC and Virginia Gardner Brinson of Wilmington, NC; her grandsons, Shawn Wiggins Moye of Tallahassee, FL and Kirk James Hanlin; her stepgrandson Kyle Stanley Hanlin; her stepgreat-grandson Cash Dillon Hanlin of Wilmington; her husband George Charles Gardner; and her children, Robert Kirk Gardner and Elizabeth Ann Gardner. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
