It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annie Pearl Spivey Sarvis (Wilmington, North Carolina), born in Columbus, North Carolina, who passed away on August 25, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jack Sarvis (Ray); her parents, Joseph Garland Spivey and Charlotte McCumbee Spivey; her siblings, Lois Jeanette Spivey, Margaret Spivey Beaujon and James Miles Spivey; and her daughter Rita Ann Sarvis Gamble.
She is survived by: her son Rickie Sarvis (Wanda); her grandchildren, Billy Sarvis (Karyn), Lisa Sarvis (Mikey) and Brian Sarvis; her great grandchildren, Madison Fowler (Hunter), Brittany Brock, Michael Hall Jr., Brian Sarvis Jr., Sean Sarvis and Dylan Sarvis; her great great grandchildren, Gentry, Brantley, Averi and Liam; and her siblings, Charles Malcolm Spivey Sr. (Pamela), Joseph Niles Spivey, Lillie Jane Barnes, Mary Alice Spivey Bennett and Jacqueline Gray Spivey. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
