She is survived by: her daughter Abigail Long; her parents, Dianne Stansbury of Wilmington and Paul Stansbury of Pasco, WA; her brother John Stansbury (Anne-Marie); her niece Lynn Elliot; and her nephew William Elliot of Raleigh.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul's Episcopal Church (16 N 16th St, Wilmington, NC 28401).
