He is survived by: his wife Gail McFadden; his sons, Greg McFadden and Russell McFadden; his grandsons, Brian McFadden and Alex McFadden; and his brothers, Rev. Thomas and Everett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Donations can be made (in lieu of flowers) to the American Cancer Society.
