He is survived by: his wife Robin Warren Carmack; his children, Jason Milligan, Jessica Milligan and Kayla Carmack; his sisters, Kathy Carmack, Kristie Carmack Santos (David), Lillian Carmack Nottingham (Patty) and Rebecca Carmack Jones; his grandchildren, Adalynn, Carmelo, Rosalie, Jolie and Salem; his niece Victoria Santos White; and his nephews, Nathaniel Santos and John Jones.
