He was predeceased by: his father William Cecil Barnett, Sr.; and his brother Michael Anthony Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Shanda Hunsucker Barnett; his children, William Ross Barnett and Heather Elizabeth Barnett; and his mother Jo Ann Carver Barnett.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Cecil to the charity of your choice.
