He was predeceased by: his wife Alene Fish Baker; his daughter Wanda Baker Kelly; his grandson Joshua Thomas Baker; his parents, Wyatt Baker and Myrtle Partin Baker; and his siblings, James Baker, Marie Ashworth, Ronald Baker, Charles Baker and Jean Jeffries.
He is survived by: his children, Perry Baker, Dennis Baker, Alan T. and SoDonna Baker; his siblings, Nancy Newton and Shirley Baker; and his grandchildren, Jeremy Baker, Sandra Baker, Jacob Baker, Matthew Kelly, Nathan Kelly and Thomas Alan Baker.
