She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Shontz and Cammie Kilgore Shontz; and her husband David Leroy Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Linda A. Osegueda of Angier, Rev. Scott Eric Johnson of Willow Spring and Thomas Lee Johnson of Garner; and her siblings, Margaret L. Shontz of East Liverpool, OH, Betty E. Shontz of Oil City, PA and Donald L. Shontz of Franklin, PA. She is also survived by her three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Home (300 E McIver St, Angier, NC 27501). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel - Angier (300 E McIver St, Angier, NC 27501).
